Local Long Island Delivery Details:
We deliver to Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island every Sunday and Wednesday for a $15 fee. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Sunday, and orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Wednesday. Meals are packed in insulated packaging to stay fresh, even if you’re not home.

Local Long Island Pickup Details:
You can pick up your orders at any Hummus Fit location on Sundays or Wednesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are ready on Sunday, and those placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are ready on Wednesday. Fresh meals and snacks are also available for walk-in purchases during store hours (10 AM to 7 PM).

Standard Shipping Details:

Shipping costs $19.99 or $29.99 due to the location of your residency and special packaging. Some states require 2-day shipping. If ground shipping isn’t shown, it might be your location or timing. Orders process in 24-48 hours before shipping.

Please Note: Cannot cancel order 24 Hours after placing.

Notice: Most of our shipments contains dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F). Handle with care to avoid burns. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent pressure buildup. Dry ice is not for consumption. By accepting this shipment, you agree to follow all handling guidelines and regulations.

What is the shelf life of the muffins?

You can keep them in the fridge for up to 14 days, or freeze them for up to 60 days. You can optionally keep them in a container on the counter for up to 7 days.

Can I freeze the muffins?

Yes. If you freeze the muffins, they’ll last up to 2 months and still taste great. Just thaw them out or heat them up when you’re ready to dig in!

Are the muffins delivered frozen?

We don’t deliver the muffins frozen—they’re made fresh and sent out so you get them ready to enjoy. Just pop them in the fridge when they arrive, and they’ll stay perfect for up to 14 days!

Are there any muffins that are dairy free, lactose free or gluten free?

All of our muffins contain dairy, but we now offer gluten free muffins! Make sure to check the product details to look for the gluten free icon.

Do the muffins have fake sweeteners?

Some flavors use a mix of stevia, sugar alcohols, and artificial flavoring due to the protein powder in our muffins.

There are no added sugars. We use sweeteners like Truvia, brown sugar Truvia, and erythritol.
