Blizzard Delay Notice as of 2/21/26 at 2:00 PM EST:
Because of a big blizzard expected in the Northeast, we will be pausing shipments on Monday, February 23, 2026, to keep our team and delivery drivers safe.
UPS says blizzards can cause delays even in places not hit directly by the storm, so your delivery date may change while they catch up.
Your meals will be kept safe and fresh before and during shipping, and once your order ships, please check your UPS tracking for updates. Weather delays are outside our control, and UPS delivery guarantees may not apply during severe weather.
Important Notes:
- Dry Ice Notice: Most shipments include dry ice. Handle with care to avoid burns and ensure proper ventilation. Dry ice is not for consumption.
- Delivery may be completed even if you are not home, as meals are insulated and packed to stay fresh.
- Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or UPS operational delays may affect transit times once your package has shipped.
- Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Cutoff times are in Eastern Time. The map above reflects ship dates, not delivery dates.
- We ship using UPS Ground (eligible regions ship Mon–Thu, Northeast Priority may ship Fri) and UPS 2nd Day Air (mandatory in select states and ships Mon–Wed only).
- Friday shipping is limited to Northeast Priority Ground and certain 1-day ground zones. All other Ground and all 2nd Day Air orders placed late in the week ship the following Monday to avoid weekend transit.
Cancel or Modifying an Order
Orders may be canceled or modified only if production has not started and a shipping label has not been created. Because meals are prepared fresh and scheduled according to regional ship days, we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

Local Long Island, NY Delivery
(Suffolk & Nassau Counties, NY): $15 flat fee.
- Delivery Days: Sundays
- Orders placed by Friday 11:59 PM will be delivered that Sunday.
- You’ll receive a text when your driver is on the way.
Local Long Island, NY Same Day Pickup
Free pickup is available at all Long Island locations.
- Pickup Times vary per location (Check Location Hours)
- Orders placed during store hours are generally available for pickup within 2 hours of placing
- You will get an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Zone 1 (1-150 miles):
States: New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., southern New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Shipping days: Monday to Friday.
Delivery timing: Typically the next business day after processing.
Zone 2 (151-300 miles):
States: Virginia, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, and West Virginia.
Shipping days: Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.
Zone 3 (300+ miles):
States: Texas, Florida, Louisiana, California, Alabama, Colorado, Washington, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.
Shipping days: Monday to Thursday to maintain quality during transit.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays to protect freshness. Orders placed late Thursday for Zones 2 and 3, or any time on Friday, will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Timeline:
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after being placed. Shipments go out Monday through Thursday to help meals arrive fresh. Zone 1 may ship Friday when appropriate. Zones 2 and 3 do not ship Friday.
Delivery Method:
Packages ship via UPS with tamper proof tape, insulated packaging, dry ice, and protective fill to maintain temperature and freshness.
Shipping Costs:
Nationwide shipping rates typically range from $19.99 to $29.99 depending on speed and location. Final rates are shown at checkout.
Tracking Information:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update. UPS does not move packages on weekends, so scans may pause until the next business day.

Additionally, we cover the expense of upgraded insured shipping at no extra charge to you, ensuring your meals arrive safely and promptly. This means the actual shipping cost is higher than what you pay, but we absorb the additional fees to provide you with the best service and freshness possible.
Shipping Destinations
We ship meals and products to all 50 states in the U.S., as well as Puerto Rico. Delivery is possible even if you’re not home. Special local delivery rates ($15) and free local pickup options are available.

The meals are packed in special boxes with cooling materials like ice packs or dry ice to keep them cold and fresh until they arrive at your home. Make sure to handle with care as the dry ice can cause burns and is not intended for consumption.
We cook your meal fresh as it comes in, so please allow us at least 2 days to get your order ready for shipping. Shipping usually takes 1-5 days, depending on where you live. UPS does not ship on the weekends, so we time your shipment appropriately so that you get fresh meals & snacks as intended.
The meals are packed to stay cold for hours, so they’ll be ok if you’re not home right away. But it’s a good idea to put them in the fridge as soon as you can.
