As the holidays approach, we want to ensure you receive your orders on time! Please take note of the following important deadlines:
NY-TRISTATE Delivery Deadline
• Place your orders by Monday, December 30th, at 2 PM
• Delivery will be made on Tuesday, December 31st.
Holiday Shipping Notice
• Orders placed by 12 PM on Thursday, January 2nd, will ship out the same day until 3pm.
• Please note: UPS will not be picking up on Tuesday, December 31st, or Wednesday, January 1st due to the holiday schedule. Expect delays

Local Long Island, NY Delivery
(Suffolk & Nassau Counties, NY): $15 flat fee.
- Delivery Days: Sundays and Wednesdays.
- Orders placed by Friday 11:59 PM can be delivered Sunday.
- Orders placed by Sunday 11:59 PM can be delivered Wednesday.
- You’ll receive a text when your driver is on the way.
Local Long Island, NY Pickup
Free pickup is available at all Long Island locations.
- Pickup Times: Wednesday 10 AM-7 PM.
- Orders placed by Friday 11:59 PM can be picked up Sunday.
- Orders placed by Sunday 11:59 PM can be picked up Wednesday.
Zone 1 (1-150 miles):
New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., Southern New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
- Shipping Days: Monday-Friday
- Delivery Timing: Next business day after order processing.
Zone 2 (151-300 miles):
Virginia, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, Western Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan, Illinois, West Virginia.
- Shipping Days: Monday-Thursday (to avoid weekend delays).
Zone 3 (300+ miles):
Texas, Florida, Louisiana, California, Alabama, Colorado, Washington, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana.
- Shipping Days: Monday-Thursday (to maintain quality during transit).
Orders placed late Thursday (Zones 2 & 3) or on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeline:
- Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after being placed.
- Shipments are dispatched Monday through Thursday to ensure meals arrive fresh.
- No shipping on Fridays (for Zones 2 & 3), Saturdays, or Sundays to prevent delays over the weekend.
Delivery Method:
Packages are shipped via UPS with tamper-proof tape, insulated packaging, dry ice, and bubble pillows to maintain freshness.
Shipping Costs:
Nationwide shipping rates range from $19.99 to $29.99, depending on the delivery speed and location.
Final costs are displayed at checkout.
Tracking Information:
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates and keep in mind that UPS does not ship on the weekends, so you may not see updates over the weekend. We time your shipment and delivery precisely ensuring you receive your meals and snacks fresh.

Additionally, we cover the expense of upgraded insured shipping at no extra charge to you, ensuring your meals arrive safely and promptly. This means the actual shipping cost is higher than what you pay, but we absorb the additional fees to provide you with the best service and freshness possible.
Shipping Destinations
We ship meals and products to all 50 states in the U.S., as well as Puerto Rico. Delivery is possible even if you’re not home. Special local delivery rates ($15) and free local pickup options are available.

The meals are packed in special boxes with cooling materials like ice packs or dry ice to keep them cold and fresh until they arrive at your home. Make sure to handle with care as the dry ice can cause burns and is not intended for consumption.
We cook your meal fresh as it comes in, so please allow us at least 1-2 days to get your order ready for shipping. Shipping usually takes 1-5 days, depending on where you live. UPS does not ship on the weekends, so we time your shipment appropriately so that you get fresh meals & snacks as intended.
The meals are packed to stay cold for hours, so they’ll be ok if you’re not home right away. But it’s a good idea to put them in the fridge as soon as you can.
