At Hummus Fit, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our meal prep services. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Return Process
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or missing items, please reach out to our customer service team with photographic evidence at help@myhummusfit.com, and we will issue a credit or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Cancellations or Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing since we prep and cook your food fresh. If you need to cancel after the 24 hour period, please contact us at help@myhummusfit.com or call us at +1 (631) 487-5723, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
