Dietitian tip: Make this meal plan complete by including a high protein, macro-friendly breakfast meal on the days you don’t have a breakfast meal and add in 2 fruit servings and at least 2 vegetable servings daily to optimize fiber and round out overall nutritional intake.

We deliver to Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island every Sunday and Wednesday for a $15 fee. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Sunday, and orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Wednesday. Meals are packed in insulated packaging to stay fresh, even if you’re not home.

Local Long Island Pickup Details:
You can pick up your orders at any Hummus Fit location on Sundays or Wednesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are ready on Sunday, and those placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are ready on Wednesday. Fresh meals and snacks are also available for walk-in purchases during store hours (10 AM to 7 PM).

Standard Shipping Details:

Shipping costs $19.99 or $29.99 due to the location of your residency and special packaging. Some states require 2-day shipping. If ground shipping isn’t shown, it might be your location or timing. Orders process in 24-48 hours before shipping.
