Dessert That Doesn't Sabotage Your Goals
Buffin Muffins started in a home kitchen in 2015, when nutritionist and former competitive bodybuilder Liana set out to make a treat that felt indulgent but didn't wreck her macros. Yogurt, casein protein, eggs, and real whole ingredients that make up a muffin you didn't have to feel guilty about.
The name? A mashup of buff + muffin.
Today it's grown into a movement of tens of thousands of "Buffin Baddies" stocked in fitness shops, gyms, cafés and 14 main Hummus Fit locations across New York and nationwide in states like Pennsylvania, New Jersey, & Connecticut.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the shelf life?
Up to 14 days in the fridge, or freeze up to 30 days. Filling-free flavors keep on the counter up to 7 days.
Are any gluten-free or dairy-free?
Yes, we offer a limited amount of gluten-free muffins (look for the GF flavors above). All muffins currently contain dairy.
How are they sweetened?
The muffin base has no added sugar — we sweeten it with Truvia, brown-sugar Truvia and erythritol. Some added sugar does come from the inclusions (toppings, fillings and mix-ins). Some flavors also use a mix of stevia and sugar alcohols due to the protein powder.
Are they delivered frozen?
They're made fresh, not frozen. In hotter regions we may flash-freeze during transit in the hotter months though for added freshness. Just pop them in the fridge when they arrive.
If I get a subscription, can I cancel it later?
