Important: The schedule shown on the map is a shipping schedule, not a delivery schedule. The dates shown are estimated ship days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Processing takes place on business days, and all order cutoff times are listed in Eastern Time (ET). Average transit time is typically 48 hours or less after UPS receives your package.

Shipping methods are determined by the color of your state on the map: Orange states require UPS 2nd Day Air, Turquoise states are eligible for UPS Ground, and Pink states are eligible for UPS Ground with Northeast priority.

Dry Ice Safety Notice: Most shipments contain dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F). Do not touch dry ice with bare hands, place it in an airtight container, or consume it. Keep the package properly ventilated and allow any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets.

Hummus Fit meals and products can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Your package may be delivered if you are not home. In-store pickup and local delivery are also available in qualifying areas on Long Island, New York.

Order Processing Time

Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Processing takes place on business days. Holidays, severe weather, high order volume, and other carrier delays may affect processing or shipping times.

Shipping Zones and Methods

  • Orange — Mandatory UPS 2nd Day Air: UPS Ground is not available for these states.
  • Turquoise — UPS Ground Eligible: Orders can ship by UPS Ground according to the schedule below.
  • Pink — UPS Ground Eligible, Northeast Priority: These nearby Ground destinations may also qualify for Friday shipping.

Regular Shipping Days by Zone

  • Orange — UPS 2nd Day Air: Ships Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  • Turquoise — UPS Ground: Ships Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Pink — Northeast-Priority UPS Ground: Ships Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Order Cutoffs and Estimated Ship Days

All cutoff times are in Eastern Time. The schedule below is an estimate and may change due to holidays, weather, order volume, or carrier delays.

  • Saturday at 10:01 PM through Sunday at 10:00 PM: Estimated to ship Tuesday for Ground and 2nd Day Air orders.
  • Sunday at 10:01 PM through Tuesday at 10:00 PM: Estimated to ship Wednesday for Ground and 2nd Day Air orders.
  • Tuesday at 10:01 PM through Wednesday at 10:00 PM: UPS 2nd Day Air orders are estimated to ship Thursday. Thursday Ground shipping is available only for destinations with an estimated one-business-day Ground transit time. Other Ground orders will ship on their next eligible shipping day.
  • Wednesday at 10:01 PM through Thursday at 10:00 PM: Friday shipping is available only for destinations with an estimated one-business-day Ground transit time. All other Ground orders and all UPS 2nd Day Air orders are estimated to ship Monday.
  • Thursday at 10:01 PM through Saturday at 10:00 PM: Estimated to ship Monday for Ground and 2nd Day Air orders.

Weekend and Holiday Notes

We schedule shipments to reduce unnecessary weekend time in transit whenever possible. Holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, and other exceptions may affect processing and ship days. Schedule updates will be posted when necessary.

In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery

  • In-store pickup and local delivery are available in select areas across Nassau and Suffolk County.
  • Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm whether your location qualifies.
  • Available pickup locations, delivery fees, and final costs are displayed during checkout.
  • If you select local delivery, you will receive a text when your driver is on the way.
  • If you select store pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Local delivery may be completed if you are not home.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your shipping label is created. Please allow 24 to 48 hours on business days for UPS tracking to update. Tracking may remain pending until UPS receives and scans the package.

When will I know my meals are coming?

Shipped orders receive a confirmation email with UPS tracking information. If you selected Long Island local delivery, you will receive a text when your driver is on the way. Your delivery may be completed if you are not home.
