Standard Shipping (US)

$19.99–$29.99 depending on location and speed, with the final rate shown at checkout. Orders process within 24–48 business hours and ship Monday–Thursday (Zone 1 may ship Friday) via UPS in insulated packaging with dry ice. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Orders can't be canceled once the shipping label has been printed and prep has begun. Most shipments contain dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F) — handle with care, ensure proper ventilation, and do not consume.

Hummus Fit started in a home kitchen in 2015, when nutritionist and former competitive bodybuilder Liana set out to prove that snacks built for your macros don't have to taste like a punishment. That idea grew into Buffin Bakery, a whole lineup of high-protein, real-food treats, from muffins and oats to bars, poppers, and puddings.

How long do they last?

It depends on the snack: check the Storage details above for each product. As a rule, keep them refrigerated, and most freeze well for longer storage.

Are any gluten-free or dairy-free?

We offer a very small selection of gluten-free snacks. Most contain gluten and dairy though. Scroll up on this page, and click "Allergens" to see exactly what allergens it contains including gluten and dairy.

How are the snacks sweetened?

Most bases have no added sugar. We sweeten with Truvia, brown-sugar Truvia, and erythritol. Some sugar comes from inclusions and mix-ins.

Are they delivered frozen?

They're made fresh and by hand, not frozen or machine made. In hotter regions we may flash-freeze for transit. Just refrigerate when they arrive.

Do you ship nationwide & to Canada?

Yes! Cold-packed to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada, or pick up same day free at any of our 14 Long Island flagship locations.

Can I cancel my subscription if I get one?

Yes! Subscriptions auto-renew, but you can skip or cancel anytime with no contracts or questions asked.
