Must be refrigerated. Can freeze up to 3 months.

Once opened, consume within three to four days for the best freshness.

Many meals may be frozen for longer storage, although texture and quality can vary depending on the ingredients. Keep the container sealed for up to 2-3 months.

Peel corner, remove any/if sauce on the side. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or to desired temperature. Please Note: on some meals there is a foil sticker please do not microwave with the label, remove completely.

Free at all 14 Hummus Fit locations. Orders placed during store hours are usually ready within 2 hours, and we'll email you when it's ready.

Standard Shipping (US)

$19.99–$29.99 depending on location and speed, with the final rate shown at checkout. Orders process within 24–48 business hours and ship Monday–Thursday (Zone 1 may ship Friday) via UPS in insulated packaging with dry ice. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Orders can't be canceled once the shipping label has been printed and prep has begun. Most shipments contain dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F) — handle with care, ensure proper ventilation, and do not consume.
