Peel corner, remove any/if sauce on the side. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or to desired temperature. Please Note: on some meals there is a foil sticker please do not microwave with the label, remove completely.
Local Long Island Delivery Details:
We deliver to Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island every Sunday and Wednesday for a $15 fee. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Sunday, and orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are delivered on Wednesday. Meals are packed in insulated packaging to stay fresh, even if you’re not home.
Local Long Island Pickup Details:
You can pick up your orders at any Hummus Fit location on Sundays or Wednesdays. Orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM are ready on Sunday, and those placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are ready on Wednesday. Fresh meals and snacks are also available for walk-in purchases during store hours (10 AM to 7 PM).

We DO NOT use seed oils! We ONLY use avocado oil wether in spray form or liquid.
The "A la Carte" options, like the cooked chicken or other proteins, come in 1-pound packages (that’s 16 ounces).
A typical meal uses about 3 to 4 ounces of protein, so one package gives you enough for about 4 to 5 meals.

The chicken, turkey, & all white meat are all Halal. More specifically, the chicken is just Halal, not certified. The turkey bacon is halal certified though. Red meat including steak & ground beef aren't Halal.
Yes, you can freeze our "by the pound" items like sweet potato fries, rice, cooked chicken, and cooked beef. These items can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months, maintaining their quality and flavor. Just make sure to use airtight containers or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn.
