Shipping policy

Important: The schedule shown on the map is a shipping schedule, not a delivery date.

Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Cutoff times are in Eastern Time (ET). Transit time is typically 48 hours or less once your package is moving.

We ship using UPS Ground (Turquoise and Pink) and UPS 2nd Day Air (Orange). Shipping days depend on your region and the time your order is placed.

Notice: Most of our shipments contains dry ice (-78.5°C / -109.3°F). Handle with care to avoid burns. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent pressure buildup. Dry ice is not for consumption. By accepting this shipment, you agree to follow all handling guidelines and regulations.

Our meals, food, & products can be shipped to all 50 states within the USA, as well as Puerto Rico addresses. Delivery can be made if you are not home. We offer local delivery and pickup options for Long Island, NY (see below).

Order Processing Time

Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping. Processing happens on business days.

Shipping Methods

  • UPS 2nd Day Air (Orange states): Required in these states to protect freshness.
  • UPS Ground (Turquoise and Pink states): Available in eligible regions. Pink is Northeast priority and can ship Friday.

Shipping Days by Region

  • Orange (Mandatory UPS 2nd Day Air): Ships Mon, Tue, Wed.
  • Turquoise (UPS Ground Eligible): Ships Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu.
  • Pink (UPS Ground Eligible, Northeast Priority): Ships Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri.

Order Cutoffs (ET) and Estimated Ship Day

  • Sat 10:01pm to Sun 10:00pm: Ships Tuesday
  • Sun 10:01pm to Tue 10:00pm: Ships Wednesday
  • Tue 10:01pm to Wed 10:00pm: Ships Thursday
    Note: Thursday ship is for 1 day ground only when available. All other ground still follows the regional schedule.
  • Wed 10:01pm to Thu 10:00pm: Ships Friday for 1 day ground only
    Note: All other ground and all 2nd Day Air ship Monday.
  • Thu 10:01am to Sat 10:00pm: Ships Monday

Weekend and Holiday Notes

We schedule shipping to avoid unnecessary weekend time in transit whenever possible. Upcoming or holiday exceptions may affect processing and ship days. We will post updates when needed.

Local Delivery and Same Day Pickup (Long Island, NY)

  • Local delivery is available in select areas across Nassau and Suffolk County.
  • Local delivery fee for Suffolk and Nassau is $15.
  • If you selected local delivery, you will get a text when your driver is on the way.
  • If you selected store pickup, we will email you when your order is ready.
  • Delivery can be made if you are not home.
  • Final costs are shown at checkout. Rates are subject to change.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24 to 48 hours on business days for UPS tracking to update after your label is created. If you selected local delivery, you will get a text when your driver is on the way.

I need these meals fast. Can you rush shipping?

We use UPS methods that match your region on the map. If your state is Orange, it ships UPS 2nd Day Air only. If your state is Turquoise or Pink, UPS Ground is eligible. Processing still takes up to 48 hours before shipping.

When will I know my meals are coming?

If you selected shipping, you will receive an email when your order ships and tracking is created. If you selected Long Island delivery, you will get a text when your driver is on the way. Delivery can be made if you are not home.
